Lending
Metrix covers lending markets alongside liquidity pools. You can browse markets, model a supply and borrow position before opening it, and track the positions your wallets already hold — including the health of anything you have borrowed against.
Lending runs through the same three surfaces as pools, so the workflow is the one you already know: Discover to find a market, Simulate to model it, Track to watch it.
Supported protocols
- Aave
- Compound
- HyperLend
Coverage spans the same networks as the rest of Metrix, including Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, Base, BNB, Avalanche, Gnosis, Sonic, zkSync, Celo, Linea, Scroll, Unichain, Ronin, Mantle and HyperEVM. Not every protocol is deployed on every network, so the market list is the source of truth for what is actually available.
Find a market
- Open Discover from the sidebar.
- Switch to the Lending tab.
- Sort and filter to narrow the list.
Each market reports the numbers you need to size it up:
- Supply APY — what you earn for supplying the asset.
- Borrow APY — what you pay to borrow it.
- Total Supplied and Total Borrowed — how deep the market is.
- Utilization — the share of supplied liquidity currently borrowed. High utilization pushes rates up and can make withdrawals harder.
See Discover for how filtering and sorting work.
Model a position before you open it
Open a market in Simulate to project what a supply and borrow position would do before you commit any capital. You set the assets and amounts on each side, and move future prices to see how the position responds.
Two limits govern how much you can borrow:
- Max LTV — the highest loan-to-value the protocol will let you open at.
- Liquidation threshold — the LTV at which the position becomes liquidatable.
The simulator lets you work in either LTV or Health Factor, whichever you think in. They describe the same risk from opposite directions: LTV rises toward danger, health factor falls toward it.
Price movement is the thing to test. A borrow that looks comfortable at today's prices can cross the liquidation threshold on a move that is unremarkable for the asset, and the simulator is where you find that out cheaply.
Track what you hold
Track → Lending lists the lending positions held by the wallets you follow. Alongside the amounts supplied and borrowed, it reports:
- Net APY — supply earnings net of borrow cost, which is the number that tells you whether the position is actually paying.
- Health Factor — headroom before liquidation.
- LTV and Liquidation LTV — where you are, and where the line is.
Open a position to see its detail. Adding wallets works exactly as it does for pools; see Track positions.
Alerts
Lending alerts notify you when a position moves toward trouble, so you are not relying on checking the dashboard at the right moment. Lending alerts are a Pro feature — see Plans and access.
