Getting started

Do I need to connect a wallet to use Metrix? No. You can browse Discover and Simulate without adding a wallet. To use Track, add a wallet address in Portfolio. Metrix reads public on chain data and never needs your private keys.

Is my wallet safe? Metrix only reads public addresses. It never asks for a private key or seed phrase, and adding a wallet does not give Metrix the ability to move funds.

Positions and tracking

I added a wallet but my positions are not showing. Indexing a new wallet takes a short time. Give it a moment and refresh. Make sure the address is correct and on a supported chain and exchange. If positions still do not appear, contact support.

My position values look slightly different from the exchange. Small differences are expected. Metrix derives values and fees from on chain data and price feeds, so timing and rounding can cause minor gaps versus an exchange interface. Large or persistent differences are worth reporting.

Why does my concentrated liquidity position show no fees? Concentrated liquidity earns fees only while price is inside your range. If price has moved out of range, the position stops earning until price returns. A price alert can warn you before this happens.

My data looks stale. Tracked data refreshes on a schedule, and there is a short cooldown between manual refreshes. Wait a moment and try again.

Plans and billing

What is the difference between the plans? See Plans and access for a full breakdown of features and limits by tier.

I upgraded but a feature is still locked. Upgrades normally apply right away. Try refreshing the page. If a feature stays locked, contact support so we can check your subscription.

Coverage

Which chains and exchanges are supported? Metrix supports many EVM chains and Solana, across a range of decentralized exchanges and lending protocols. The exchange and network selectors in Discover show what is currently available.

Is Deploy available? Deploy, which lets you open positions directly from Metrix, is coming soon. It appears in the sidebar marked as such.
